Terms of Sales

General:

• You declare that you have read and accepted these General Conditions of Sale before placing your order. The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale.
• The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in effect at the time of order entry.

Ordered :
• The information provided on our site is only indicative, simultaneous orders or stock error may occur. For products not stored in our warehouses, our offers are valid subject to availability from our suppliers. As this information comes directly from our suppliers, errors or modifications may exceptionally exist. In the event that a product is unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you by email or by post upon receipt of the information received by our suppliers. Your order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
• The products remain our property until full payment of the price from you.
• Payment for your purchases is made by credit card.
• The expedition takes place as soon as the payment is confirmed, for a transfer the delay can go up to three days.
• Shipments are made Monday to Friday. The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.

Return:
• You have 14 days from receipt to return the product (except dematerialized product. See Article 10) which does not suit you.
• The return costs will then be at your expense.
